Carbon2Green Will Produce Biodiesel

Carbon2Green Corporation ("Carbon2Green" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:CGN)
is pleased to announce that, while maintaining its goal of obtaining carbon
credits provided in its business plan, the Corporation will now focus,
especially for financing and operations, on the "biodiesel" generated income
component of its African subsidiary located in the Democratic Republic of Congo
("DRC").


Carbon2Green is currently conducting a pilot project in the Bandundu region of
DRC and wants to achieve a funding enabling it, by the end of the year, to
proceed with the hiring of over 300 people and planting nearly 35 million trees,
called Jatropha Curcas, on an area of over 14,000 hectares of degraded lands.


According to the latest estimates related to the Bandundu project prepared by
the external engineering consulting firm Genivar, those trees, which fruits
contain a large quantity of oil, will produce, once the implementation phase is
completed, approximately 24 million liters of biodiesel per year in the next two
to three years.


"As the biodiesel market is booming and we expect that it will remain so for
many years, we believe that this is a decision that can only be very beneficial
for our shareholders", said Carbon2Green's chairman of the board of directors,
Mr. Andre Bergeron.
