Confederation Minerals Changes of Auditor

Vancouver, B.C., July 26, 2013; Confederation Minerals Ltd. (TSX.V:CFM, OTCQX:CNRMF): ("Confederation" or the "Company") announces that at the request of the Company, effective July 26, 2013, MNP LLP resigned as the Company's auditor to facilitate the appointment of Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants, of Vancouver, B.C. as the Company's new auditor effective immediately.

The management of the Company wishes to thank MNP LLP for their dedication and excellent work in the past.
