NTI Newmerical Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CFD) announces two changes to its Board of
Directors.


NTI is extremely pleased to announce that Mr. Benjamin Mathieu, CEO of Neo
Advertising of North America, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of
NTI Newmerical Inc. as of August 24, 2007.


Mr. Mathieu has been long associated with the sales of engineering services and
manpower in Europe and Canada. He brings to NTI a wealth of experience in
engineering consulting, marketing and management.


Mr. Robert Stocks, of Fasken Martineau, has regretfully left the Board of
Directors because of travel contraints between Toronto and Montreal. We are
extremely thankful for his involvement and for the great value he constantly
brought to NTI.
