Change in the Board of NTI

On November 6, 2008, Mr. Benjamin Mathieu indicated via email to NTI's President
his desire to step down as a Director of NTI (TSX VENTURE:CFD).


His resignation was accepted and NTI thanks Mr. Mathieu for his contributions to
the Board and wishes him the best in his business endeavors.


NTI will propose a replacement Director before its upcoming Annual General Meeting.

NTI's current Directors are Mr. Faraj Nakhleh, Mr. John Holding and Dr. Wagdi
Habashi.
