Ceiba Energy Services Inc. Announces the Sale of Alameda Disposal Well

Ceiba Energy Services Inc. ("Ceiba Energy", or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CEB),
is pleased to announce it has closed on the sale of its Alameda disposal well in
Saskatchewan for gross proceeds of $500,000, of which $250,000 will be utilized
to pay down the existing mezzanine debt. The well was not generating revenue for
the Company and not considered core to Ceiba's strategic plan.
