Ceiba Energy Services Inc. ("Ceiba", or the "Company"), (TSX VENTURE:CEB) is
pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ian Ekholm to the Company's board of
directors (the "Board"). Mr. Ekholm brings over fifteen years of experience in
private wealth management focused on growing public companies. He has over
twenty years of experience as a negotiator between government and private sector
companies on issues involving legal and regulatory compliance, acquisition,
financing of capital projects, construction management, and cost control. Mr.
Ekholm has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California,
Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist
University.
