Ceiba Energy Services Inc. Announces Appointment of CFO and Corporate Secretary

Ceiba Energy Services Inc. ("Ceiba", or the "Company"), (TSX VENTURE:CEB) is
pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Peter Cheung as Chief Financial
Officer and Corporate Secretary effective June 30, 2014.


Mr. Cheung is a Chartered Accountant with nearly 20 years of accounting, capital
markets, strategic transactions and treasury experience in public and private
companies. Most recently, Mr. Cheung was the Vice President Finance and Chief
Financial Officer at Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd. Previously he was
Treasurer at Compton Petroleum Corporation, after having founded an investment
management company, was Vice President and Treasurer at Pengrowth Energy Trust
and Vice President at RBC Capital Markets Energy Investment Banking. Prior to
joining RBC Capital Markets, Mr. Cheung articled and received his CA designation
at Collins Barrow Calgary LLP. Mr. Cheung graduated from the University of
Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction.
