Mr. Machuca Joins C2C's Board of Administrators

Yves Gagnon, president of C2C Gold Corporation Inc. (the "Company" or "C2C")
(TSX VENTURE:CCN), is pleased to announce the nomination of Mr. Jhinson Machuca
Loayza, as director. Mr. Machuca is Chief Executive Officer of the Machuca
Group, a production company specialized in the mining and agricultural
industries in Machala, Ecuador, since 2002. He will put his administrative
expertise and his knowledge of Ecuador to maximize C2C's investment results in
his country.


Mr. Jean St-Hilaire resigned as director of the Company to concentrate his
efforts on other professional tasks.  He will remain as consultant to the
President of the Company. C2C's Board of Administrators would like to salute the
work done by Mr. St-Hilaire as a director.


On March 26th, 2009, C2C granted to Mr. Edmond St-Jean, Metallurgical Engineer,
and Mr. Claude Perreault, Mining Engineer, both Consultants the company 100 000
options each at a price of 0,10 $ per option. The options can be exercised for a
period of 2 years. C2C benefits actually of their professional expertise and
involvement as they are both working to upgrade the technological level of the
mining and milling processes in Ecuador.


Mr. Paul St-Louis also resigned as director and Chief Financial Officer of the
Company to concentrate his efforts on other professional tasks.  C2C's Board of
Administrators would like to salute the work done by Mr. Paul St-Louis during
his mandate.
