Central Engages Strike Investor Relations

   Central Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CBC) ("Central" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has engaged Strike Communications Inc. to provide investor relations services to the Company, subject to acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange. Strike has been retained on a 12 month term for a monthly fee of $6,500 plus reimbursement of approved expenses. In addition, Strike will receive 200,000 incentive stock options exercisable at a price of $0.15 for a period of five years. The options are subject to the terms of the option plan, which include vesting over 12 months in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange policies.
