Cache Exploration Corporate Update

TORONTO, CANADA - March 28, 2013 - Mr. George A. Brown, President and CEO of Cache Exploration Inc. (TSX-V:CAY) is pleased to announce that the Company held the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on March 28, 2013 with 41.7% of issued and outstanding shares represented in person or by proxy.

A motion was passed to elect five directors. The elected directors are Mr. Jatinder (Jack) Bal, Mr. George A. Brown, Mr. Driffield Cameron, Dr. David Lentz, and Ms. Asha Reeves.

Cache wishes to thank Mr. Adrian Van De Mosselaer for his service as a director to the company. Mr. Van De Mosselaer chose not to run for re-election, however, he has agreed to continue to be available to the company on an as needed consulting basis.

DeVisser Gray LLP were re-appointed as auditors for the Company. .

The existing 10% Rolling Stock Option Plan was re-approved.

A resolution was passed authorizing the Company to take all steps necessary to consolidate the common shares of the Company on the basis of one (1) new share for between each three (3) old common shares and each five (5) old common shares with the effective date of the share consolidation and the final ratio of the share consolidation to be determined by the directors of the Company. Not withstanding the passing of this resolution, the directors are authorized to revoke this resolution at any time prior to the resolution becoming effective.
