Contec Employees Invest in Shares

Contec Innovations Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BUZ), a mobile content service provider,
will issue to certain employees an aggregate of 241,392 common shares at a
deemed price of C$0.085 per share.


The shares covered under this issuance represent the amount certain employees
purchased for the month of August 2008 under an optional program that enables
them to invest in shares of the Company by being paid a percentage of their
salary in common shares. These shares will be subject to a four-month hold
period and the issuance of these shares is subject to TSX Venture Exchange
approval.


Contec has also entered into a binding agreement with Evster Holdings Ltd.
("Evster"), a company controlled by Mr. Don Lay, President and CEO of Contec,
with respect to a C$400,000 short-term loan (the "Bridge Loan"). The terms of
the Bridge Loan cover an initial $100,000 that has been advanced to the Company
with the balance available to be drawn down when necessary. The Bridge Loan,
which provides working capital to Contec, will mature no later than October 31,
2008 and is repayable to Evster together with interest at the rate of prime plus
10 percent, calculated and compounded monthly, not in advance.
