Big Stick Media Corporation ("BSM") (TSX VENTURE:BSM) is pleased to announce
that its annual and special meeting of its shareholders will be held on
Wednesday, July 14, 2010 in Toronto, Ontario. 


It is expected that one of the resolutions which will be placed before the
shareholders will be a proposed going-private transaction as further described
in BSM's news release issued on May 20, 2010.


As at the date hereof BSM has 23,992,020 issued and outstanding common shares.
