Bragg Gaming Group Announces New Market Making Agreement

TORONTO, April 30, 2019 /CNW/ - Bragg Gaming Group ("Bragg" or "the Company") (TSXV:BRAG) announced today that it has retained Integral Wealth Securities Limited ("Integral") to provide market making services to the Company in compliance with the guidelines of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "TSXV"). Integral will trade shares of the Company on the TSXV for the purposes of maintaining an orderly market and improving the liquidity of the Company's shares.

The agreement between Bragg and Integral will take effect as of May 1, 2019. Bragg's previous market making agreement ended on April 30, 2019.
