Bragg Gaming Announces Meeting Results

TORONTO, June 27, 2019 /CNW/ - Bragg Gaming Group Inc. (TSXV: BRAG, OTC:BRGGF) (Bragg) is pleased to report that at the Company's Annual General Meeting (the "Meeting") held today, shareholders received the consolidated audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2018 and approved all of the resolutions put forward at the Meeting, namely:

1. fixing the number of directors at six (6); 
   
   
2. elected Dominic Mansour, Akshay Kumar, Mark Munger, James Ryan, Paul Pathak, and Rob Godfrey as directors for the ensuing year; and 
   
   
3. appointing MNP LLP, as auditor of the Company for the ensuing year and authorized the directors to fix their remuneration.
