Boss Power Receives Advance Notice of Dissident Nominees; Provides Update for Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

Boss Power Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BPU) ("Boss Power" or "the Company") today
announced that it has received advance notice from Morning Star Resources Ltd.
and Mr. Anthony Beruschi that they intend to put forward four dissident nominees
for election to the Board of Directors at the upcoming Annual and Special
Meeting of Shareholders ("the Meeting").


As previously disclosed, the Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 14,
2013 in Vancouver. Boss Power will be providing the shareholders with a
Management Information Circular in advance of the Meeting, which will outline
the Company's voting recommendations for the shareholders. 


"Once our Management Information Circular is delivered, shareholders will be
able to compare the merits of our vision for the future of Boss Power against
