Botaneco makes CFO change

    




 QUEBEC, Sept. 13, 2012 /CNW/ - Botaneco Corp.  today  announces that, as part of the continuing restructuring effort noted in  its press release of September 6, 2012, Mr. Murray Bruce, the current  full time Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") is stepping down as the  Company CFO. 

 Accordingly Mr. Dan McCrimmon CA will replace Murray Bruce effective  immediately as part-time CFO. 

 Dan brings strong credentials gained as CFO with LifeMark Health of  Calgary where he completed and integrated many acquisitions throughout  Canada, negotiated a number of bank credit facilities, was involved in  other financing and assisted the company through a long period of rapid  growth leading to acquisition by a public company. 

 "Not only can we redirect precious resources to areas critical to our  future growth such as production and sales" states David Edwards,  Chairman, "but we will also benefit from Dan's extensive involvement in  a fast growing company.  The appointment of Mr. McCrimmon remains subject to TSX Venture Exchange  approval.
