Botaneco Announces The Appointment of New CFO

QUEBEC, Feb. 28, 2013 /CNW/ - Botaneco Corp. ("Botaneco" or the "Company") (TSXV: BOT), a leading natural specialty ingredients company providing key ingredients to the food and personal care industries announces today Ms. Karyn Sheridan, CFO is leaving the Company and is returning to operate her own professional accounting firm. As a result, the company is promoting Ms. Lianne Tibben CGA, the current VP of Finance of Natunola Health Inc. ("NHI") to take over Karyn's role as the new CFO for the Company effective immediately. NHI is a wholly owned subsidiary of BOT based in Winchester Ontario. Ms. Tibben has more than 20 years of accounting, financing and management experience and had served as CFO for several companies before joining NHI. The Company is pleased to have Ms. Tibben and look forward to her leadership in this position.
