Brionor Announces the Closing of a Non-Brokered Private Placement

   Brionor Resources Inc. ("Brionor" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: BNR) is pleased to announce that it has completed a non-brokered private placement by issuing 7,596,9858 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.07 per Unit for gross proceeds of $531,780.06. Each Unit consists of one common share of the Company (a "Common Share") and one-half common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles its holder to acquire one additional Common Share of the Company at a price of $0.12 until February 26, 2013.

All securities issued in the private placement are subject to a four month hold period expiring on December 27, 2011.

Brionor is a junior mining exploration company with a portfolio of exploration projects including the 100% owned Pitt Golf Project in Quebec.
