Blackhawk Resource Corp. Establishes Credit Facility With ATB

Blackhawk Resource Corp. ("Blackhawk" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:BLR) is
pleased to announce that it has established, effective August 6, 2010 a $3.3
million reserves based revolving credit facility with ATB Financial. The credit
facility will be used for general corporate purposes and to fund future drilling
on Blackhawk's Alberta properties.


Blackhawk is also pleased to announce it has fully repaid all amounts owing
pursuant to the credit facility established on June 29, 2010 with two officers
of the Corporation. Following repayment this officer funded credit facility was
terminated.
