Bear Lake Gold Announces Settlement of Lawsuit

Bear Lake Gold Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:BLG) is pleased to announce the settlement of a
claim initiated against the Company in 2010 by Polymet Resources Inc. (Polymet
Labs), an assay laboratory in Cobalt, Ontario. The lawsuit was dismissed on a
without cost basis. Bear Lake has always recognized that Polymet was not
responsible for the data inconsistencies discovered in 2009, as was later
confirmed by the independent investigation. Bear Lake regrets the inconvenience
that this matter has caused to Polymet. Bear Lake and Polymet are pleased to put
an end to the litigation.
