Bandera Gold Announces Approval and Ratification of Option Agreement with Tiberius Gold Corporation

Edmonton, Alberta. Bandera Gold Ltd. ("Bandera" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the Option Agreement it signed with Tiberius Gold Corp. ("Tiberius") to earn up to a 100% interest in certain mining properties (the "Properties") owned by Tiberius was approved and ratified at a Special Meeting of Tiberius shareholders on May 29, 2013.

The Properties are comprised of 8 claims totaling 619 hectares in the Bissett Gold Camp area of SE Manitoba approximately three kilometres south of the San Gold mine.
