("Beaufield" or the "Company") (TSX-VENTURE:BFD) is pleased to announces that it has filed its annual financial statements and management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A") for the year ended August 31, 2013. The Company has no long-term debt and a working capital of $4.9 million as at August 31, 2013. Beaufield has budgeted $1.4 million for exploration in Fiscal 2014 with an emphasis on its 100% owned high grade Tortigny copper, zinc, silver property. The Company's gold projects are also being advanced.
