Axion Ventures Announces Election of Directors and Other Voting Results

VANCOUVER, Dec. 18, 2018 /CNW/ - Axion Ventures Inc. ("Axion Ventures" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AXV; OTCQX: AXNVF) is pleased to announce that at its annual and special meeting held Monday, December 17, 2018 (the "Meeting"), all of the nominees for election as directors of the Company referred to in its information circular dated November 16, 2018, available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com, were elected as directors of the Company for the ensuing year or until their successors are elected or appointed.

A total of 143,049,241 votes were represented at the Meeting. As a ballot was not required, the voting results in the table below reflect proxies received in respect of the election of directors of the Company and other voting items:
