VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec 27, 2013) - AXMIN Inc. (TSX-VENTURE:AXM) ("AXMIN" or the "Company") announces Ms. Lucy Yan, current Interim Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Chairman of AXMIN, has sold 100% of her interest in Dickson Resources Limited ("Dickson") to Shirong Xia, a purchaser residing in China. Dickson currently holds 45,000,000 common shares and warrants exercisable for 22,500,000 common shares of AXMIN which represents approximately 51.35% of those outstanding as of the date hereof, on a partially diluted basis. Ms. Lucy Yan will remain as Chairman of AXMIN. Also, in light of Ms. Lucy Yan's efforts over the past months in resolving outstanding issues with the government of the Central African Republic and to reduce costs for the Company, the board of directors of AXMIN are pleased to announce that Ms. Lucy Yan will be appointed as the permanent CEO of AXMIN effective immediately.
