AXMIN Announces Results of Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

AXMIN Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AXM) ("AXMIN" or the "Company") is pleased to announce
that at the Company's Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders Bright Chiu,
George Roach, Joe Tai, Lucy Yan and David de Jongh Weill were elected as
Directors of the Company. Also at the meeting, the shareholders approved the
continuation of the Company's Stock Option Plan. The Company has issued and
outstanding 3,393,750 stock options for common shares of the Company and there
are 7,500,338 common shares of the Company available for future grant under the
stock option plan.
