Aveda Transportation and Energy Services Announces Launch of New Brand

Aveda Transportation and Energy Services Inc. ("Aveda" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:AVE), a leading provider of oilfield hauling services and equipment
rentals to the energy industry, today announced the launch of the new Aveda
brand, encompassing Phoenix Oilfield Hauling Inc. ("Phoenix") and its operating
businesses: Rodan Transport, Ability Oilfield Hauling, Finnie Oilfield Hauling,
Warrior Equipment Rentals, Marcel's Oilfield Hauling and Robin's Oilfield
Hauling.

Aveda management and guests will open trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange
today to mark the launch of the Company's new brand and ticker symbol. Phoenix's
shares previously traded under the symbol "PHN". Trading of Phoenix's shares
under the new name Aveda Transportation and Energy Services and symbol, "AVE"
will commence on the TSX Venture Exchange on June 25, 2012.
