Resignation of R.H. Global's Representative from the Board

Artaflex Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ATF) ("Artaflex") announced today that Shmulik
Vlodinger has resigned from the board of directors of Artaflex. Mr. Vlodinger
was the representative of R.H. Global Technologies Ltd., the previous majority
shareholder of Artaflex's predecessor company, Adeptron Technologies
Corporation. Artaflex wishes to express its sincere appreciation to Mr.
Vlodinger for his service to Artaflex during his tenure as a director.
