AcuityAds Announces Stock Option and Deferred Share Unit Award Grants

TORONTO and NEW YORK, May 11, 2018 /CNW/ - AcuityAds Holdings Inc. The Company granted an aggregate of 507,500 stock options to an officer and to a consultant of the Company in accordance of the provisions of the Company's Stock Option Plan.  Each stock option entitles the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.64. The stock options granted to the officer of the Company will expire 5 years from date of issuance, vesting annually over 3 years. The stock options granted to the consultant of the Company will expire 5 years from date of issuance, vesting quarterly over 1 year.

The Company also issued an aggregate of 97,400 Deferred Share Units to the Independent Directors and certain consultants of the Company pursuant to the Company's Deferred Share Unit Plan, in lieu of quarterly cash compensation.
