Athabasca Nuclear Corporation: Director Update

Athabasca Nuclear Corporation (TSX VENTURE:ASC) ("Athabasca Nuclear" or the
"Corporation") reports that it has accepted the resignation of Johnathan More as
a Director of Athabasca Nuclear. The Corporation thanks Mr. More for his
services and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
