Note: The first line in the description of the company has been amended
 to properly describe the company's option on the Waverly-Tangier
 Property.

TORONTO, Feb. 3 /CNW/ - The common shares of Armadillo Resources Ltd.
 have been approved for listing on CNSX. The Company has 21,453,000
 common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 21.1
 million shares.


Armadillo holds an option to earn a 70% interest in a property known as
 the "Waverly-Tangier Property" comprising 25 contiguous mineral claims
 located in the Revelstoke Mining Division of British Columbia. In
 addition, Armadillo has entered into an agreement to acquire the issued
 capital of Amazonia, a Brazilian company. Amazonia is the registered
 owner of 116 mining claims encompassing approximately 860,000 hectares,
 in good standing, located in the States of Amazonas, Mato Grosso and
 Rondonia, Brazil.
