Aeroquest International Limited Announces the Appointment of a New CFO

Aeroquest International Limited (TSX VENTURE:AQL)is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. Robert Motz as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective
June 26, 2008.


Mr. Motz is a Chartered Accountant and a senior financial, operational and
administrative executive who has worked with leading international and Canadian
corporations. Mr. Motz is experienced with public company issues having served
as the CFO of a publicly traded company in Canada, and has particular expertise
in the areas of corporate governance, international taxation, financial systems
and cross functional organizations.


In connection with this appointment, Mr. Wilfred Edge has resigned his position
as CFO of Aeroquest International and taken up the role of Chief Financial
Officer of AeroquestAEs subsidiary companies Aeroquest Limited and Geophex, Ltd.
