Asia Packaging Group Inc. Announces Resignation of Director

Asia Packaging Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:APX) ("Asia Packaging" or the "Company")
today announced the resignation of Brian Birmingham as Vice President and
Director of the Company.

him all the best in his future endeavors," stated Mr. Wenge Hong, President and
CEO of Asia Packaging.
