APM Grants Options to Directors, Officers and Employees

Advanced Primary Minerals Corporation (the "Corporation" or "APM") (TSX
VENTURE:APD) announces the grant of a total of 630,000 options to an aggregate
of 12 directors and officers and to employees of its wholly owned subsidiary,
Advanced Primary Minerals USA Corp. Each option is exercisable for one common
share of the Corporation until November 15, 2015 at an exercise price of $0.24.
All of the options vested immediately with the exception of 20,000 options
granted to certain individuals, which vest as to 5,000 on May 15, 2011 and as to
10,000 on November 15, 2011.
