Amato Exploration Announces Stock Option Grant

TORONTO, Feb. 8, 2018 /CNW/ - Amato Exploration Ltd. (the "Company" or "Amato") announces that effective February 6, 2018 it has granted incentive stock options to its directors to purchase up to 2,500,000 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.06 per share. The stock options are exercisable on or before February 6, 2023.

The stock options are being granted pursuant to the terms of the Company's stock option plan and are subject to regulatory approval. Following the grant of options, the Company has 2,500,000 stock options outstanding.
