Alder Resources Ltd. ("Alder") (TSX VENTURE:ALR) has filed on SEDAR an Amended and Restated annual Management Discussion and Analysis for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008. Alder has also filed Amended and Restated quarterly MD&A's for the fiscal quarters ending December 31, 2008, March 31, 2009 and June 30, 2009. This Press Release is issued to clarify the reasons for the new filings. After a review of the original filings the British Columbia Securities Commission advised that it did not consider that the detailed disclosures in them were in adequate compliance with the requirements of National Instrument 51-102. As a result, Alder has made appropriate revisions to the documents. The revisions have been done to correct deficiencies in the following MD&A sections: selected annual information, results of operations, summary of quarterly results, liquidity and capital resources, related party transactions, changes in accounting policies including initial adoption and forward-looking statements. The Amended and Restated documents can be viewed on SEDAR and on the Company's website: www.alderltd.ca. The Commission also reviewed the geological report which had been prepared on the Company's optioned Canadian Creek, Yukon, mineral claims dated July 27, 2009. The authors, Bill Morton, P.Geo. and Colin Russell, P.Geo., prepared the appropriate revisions in a revised report as of October 25, 2009. The revised report has also been filed - and can be viewed - on SEDAR.
