Allante Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ALL.H) (formerly Precision Enterprises Inc.) (the "Company") announces that it has made application to the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"), pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the Exchange Manual, to make a secured loan of up to $50,000 (the "Loan") to Allante Resources Inc., the target in the Company's previously announced proposed qualifying transaction (the "QT"). The Loan is being made in order for Allante to make certain concession payments required to maintain title to its mineral exploration property in Gabon. The terms of the QT are described in the Company's news release dated November 19, 2013.
