(TSX-VENTURE:AKM) (the "Company" or "ACT360 Solutions"), a provider of Internet-based testing and international marketing programs for higher education, announced it has engaged Inverness Advisors ("Inverness"), a division of KEMA Partners LLC, to provide buy-side mergers and acquisitions advisory services as part of the Company's growth strategy.

Inverness will assist the Company in identifying target entities with strategic synergies, analyzing their business operations, and executing transactions through to closing.
