Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 10 August 2016, Ageas reports the purchase of 132,869 Ageas shares on NYSE Euronext Brussels in the period from 10-04-2017 until 14-04-2017.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 15 August 2016, Ageas has bought back 4,914,547 shares for a total amount of EUR 173,262,734. This corresponds to 2.27% of the total shares outstanding.
