Agau Resources, Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AGS) (the "Corporation") announces that it has
filed on Sedar, Financial Statements for the two fiscal quarters ending November
30, 2010 and February 28, 2011 as well as Audited Financial Statements for the
fiscal year ended May 31, 2011. Included in these filings are the Management
Discussion and Analysis for each of the above periods. To view these filings

Trading in Agau stock remains suspended by the NEX exchange and the Cease Trade
Orders issued by both the Alberta and British Columbia Securities Commissions
remain in effect.


The company directors are continuing to work at rectifying the deficiencies that
gave rise to the trading suspension and Cease Trade Orders. At this point they
can provide no direction as to if or when trading in the shares of Agau
Resources Inc. will resume.
