Agau Resources, Inc.: News Release

Einar N. Myrholm ("Myrholm") has been granted stock options (the "Options")
exercisable to acquire up to 600,000 common shares of Agau Resources, Inc.
("Agau") (TSX VENTURE:AGS) in accordance with the Agau stock option plan. 


After giving effect to the option grant, Myrholm has beneficial ownership,
direction or control over an aggregate of 1,254,800 common shares of Agau,
representing approximately 8.5% of the current issued and outstanding shares of
Agau and the Options that, if exercised, would result in Myrholm holding
approximately 1,854,800 common shares or 12.1% of the issued and outstanding
shares of Agau on a partially diluted basis.


The Options were issued to Myrholm in accordance with the Agau stock option
plan. Myrholm may, in the future, dispose of some or all of the existing or
additional securities he holds or will hold, or may continue to hold his current
position.
