Grant of Share Options

Arian Silver Corporation (the "Company") (AIM:AGQ)(TSX
VENTURE:AGQ)(FRANKFURT:I3A) announces the grant of options over 50,000 shares in
the Company in satisfaction of a contractual obligation to Dean Friday, Chief
Financial Officer and an Eligible Person (as defined in the rules of the
Company's share option plan), on 14 January 2014.


The share options are exercisable at of GBP 0.325 / C$0.57624 per share up to 13
January 2019, subject to a four months hold period from date of grant.
