AurCrest Announces Proposed Offering of Up to $2,000,000

AurCrest Gold Inc. (the "Company" or "AurCrest") (TSX VENTURE:AGO) wishes to
announce that it is offering up to 10,000,000 common shares priced at $0.20 per
Share for gross proceeds of up to $2,000,000 (the "Offering"). The Corporation
may pay finder's fees and/or commissions of up to 8% in cash and compensation
warrants to acquire that number of common shares equal to 8% of the number of
Shares subscribed for with each compensation warrant exercisable at a price of
$0.20 per common share for a period of one year from closing.


The financing is subject to regulatory approval.
