CaNickel Reports on Voting Results of Annual Meeting

CaNickel Mining Ltd. (TSX:CML) ("CaNickel" or the "Company"), announces the
results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") held today, June
27, 2014.


A total of 15,783,547 shares were represented at the AGM being 42.07% of the
issued and outstanding common shares as of the record date for the AGM.
Shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions and each of the four nominees
proposed as directors were elected. Details of the results are as follows:
