Alternative Earth Resources Terminates Non-Binding Letter of Intent with Kiska Metals Corporation

VANCOUVER, April 28, 2015 /CNW/ - Alternative Earth Resources Inc. ("AER") (TSX.V: AER) has decided, after due consideration, to terminate its previously announced non-binding Letter of Intent with Kiska Metals Corporation ("Kiska") whereby AER proposed to acquire Kiska's Whistler Project, situated 150 km northwest of Anchorage, Alaska through the issuance of AER shares to Kiska.

AER continues to assess various projects from mineral exploration to development stage.
