Alternative Earth Resources Announces Changes to Board

VANCOUVER, June 16, 2016 /CNW/ - Alternative Earth Resources Inc. ("AER") (TSX.V: AER) announces that John Williamson has been appointed a director of AER. Mr. Williamson is a professional geologist and has over 22 years of experience in the management, development and governance of public companies conducting worldwide mineral exploration and mining.

AER also announces the resignation of Gavin Cooper as a director of the company effective June 16, 2016. Mr. Cooper had been a director of AER since 2009 and the management and board of the company wish to thank Mr. Cooper for his expert guidance and dedication to AER and its objectives through the past seven years.

As a result of these changes to the board, the directors have reconstituted its audit committee to consist of Rod McKeen, James E. Yates and John Williamson. In addition, the board has reconstituted its corporate governance committee to consist of Rod McKeen and James E. Yates.
