MANAGEMENT 

On November 24, 2010, the Company's Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr Gang Fang
was also appointed President of the Company and Owen Pinnell, the Company's
Chairman was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) until such time as a
replacement is hired.
