Anterra Energy Announces 2012 Year End Reserves and Financial Results

Anterra Energy Inc. ("Anterra" or the "Company") (TSX VENTUR:AE.A) announces
that the Company released its financial and operating results for the year ended
December 31, 2012. The full text of the Company's audited financial statements

In addition, Anterra announces its reserves for the fiscal year ended December
31, 2012. In accordance with National Instrument 51-101, AJM Deloitte ("AJM")
independently prepared the Company's Reserve Report (the "AJM Report") which
evaluated all of the Company's oil, natural gas and liquids reserves as at
December 31, 2012. The Company filed its statement of reserves data and other
oil and gas information pursuant to National Instrument 51-101, which statement
