Admiral Bay Announces Share Consolidation Effective as of November 22nd, 2010

   Admiral Bay Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: ADB) "Admiral Bay" or the "Company") today announced that the Company has received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange regarding the consolidation of its issued common shares on the basis of 20 old shares for one new share. Effective at the opening of trading on November 22nd, 2010, the Company's common shares will be called for trading on the Exchange on a consolidated basis. The Company's name and trading symbol "ADB" will not change.
