ABE Resources Reports on Annual Meeting and Awards Options

VAL-D'OR, QC, March 26, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - ABE Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSXV: ABE) is pleased to report on the results of its Annual General and Special Meeting held February 27, 2015 in Val d'Or, Québec.

The Company reports that Yves Rougerie, François Ruel, Robert Bryce and Fred Burrows were re-elected directors of the Company. The shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP, Chartered Accountants as auditors for the Company and approved the Company's new Incentive Stock Option Plan.

Furthermore, the Company has issued 335,000 options to directors, consultants and employees, pursuant to the terms of the Company's new Incentive Stock Option Plan. The options have an exercise price of $0.05 and expire in March, 2020.
