each Class A share ($0.60 annually) and $0.04375 for each Preferred share
($0.525 annually). Distributions are payable June 10, 2014 to shareholders on
record as of May 30, 2014.


Since inception (August 7, 2007) Class A shareholders Preferred shareholders
